I found a new place to live. It's in Alexandria, Virginia. Master Thor (thornyc) came to Washington DC last weekend and helped me find a house. W/we walked up and down lots of staircases, but eventually decided on the first place W/we looked at. It was by far the nicest... and I look forward to moving in later next month, so I can start working in Virginia by October 1.

BTW, what does 'w/we' mean?

It's a slave thing - a trick I picked up from BDSM websites and such. Slaves are supposed to use lower case when referring to themselves (i.e. "i went to the store") and upper case when talking about the Master (i.e. "thank You for the gift, Sir"). Talking about the two together is tricky, leading to such ungainly grammar as "Thank You for inviting U/us". I know... it's weird, and it's not explicitly required by Master Thor. But it reminds me of my place in the relationship: one of my fears is that I'll grow to be too "buddy/buddy" with Thor, and treat Him as an equal, and then the whole power dynamic gets thrown off. So, I use lower case whenever I can. Hope it doesn't bug you. Or "You" {grin}
