Anyone Wanna Buy A Duck?

Want to buy my house? It's sitting empty in Denver, Colorado. The price is several hundred thousand dollars less than I could have gotten a few years ago, so it's a steal!

Part of me hopes that a developer buys it, tears it down, and builds an apartment building on the land. That way, I won't have to drive by it when I visit Denver, and think that someone else is living in *my* house.

I love Jonatha Brooke!

There *is* grace in gravity...

*faints*

You know The Story???

I loved The Story! And since they were a local group, I got to see them at local coffee houses and venues all the time.

Jennifer Kimball is still singing locally, but not very often.

Wow.

*covers you with smooches*

I like the garage door.

And a Master w/ sitting area.

I have a sitting area.

Ooh! I love a Master's sitting area. {grin}

But there is no mention or photo of the garage door. Are you sure you're not looking at a window?

Only if you say the secret woid. {/wiggles eyebrows and cigar}

Of course it quacks.

(Secret word, indeed.)

Actually, the house feels more like an albatross right now...

Your home is so wonderful, and we love the location. I know it must be heartbreaking to leave it behind. Believe you me, if we could afford it, I'd buy it in a heartbeat.

I think we could *all* live there and not bump into each other! However, it doesn't have a shop, and I know that's a deal-breaker for you. {grin}

If I win the lottery, I'll buy it for you so you can keep it as a vacation home. I don't have $875,000, but I do have $1.
