Hey Sarah Palin... love your hair, hope you win.

"Oil and coal? Of course, it's a fungible commodity and they don't flag, you know, the molecules, where it's going and where it's not. But in the sense of the Congress today, they know that there are very, very hungry domestic markets that need that oil first. So, I believe that what Congress is going to do, also, is not to allow the export bans to such a degree that it's Americans that get stuck to holding the bag without the energy source that is produced here, pumped here. It's got to flow into our domestic markets first."

"I personally believe that U.S. Americans are unable to do so because, uhmmm, some people out there in our nation don't have maps and uh, I believe that our, I, education like such as, uh, South Africa, and uh, the Iraq, everywhere like such as, and I believe that they should, uhhh, our education over here in the U.S. should help the U.S., uh, should help South Africa, it should help the Iraq and the Asian countries so we will be able to build up our future, for us."

On the other hand, I think "The Hungry Fungible Molecules" would be a great name for a punk band.

I think she's like the girls in ABBA, who mouthed the lyrics in English w/o having any idea what they were saying.

I caught this live too, and wondered who decided she needed to try to pronounce both "fungible" and "molecules".

As Andrew Sullivan said (http://andrewsullivan.theatlantic.com/), "Remember this is allegedly her sole area of expertise and she's barely above high school level."

I remember Lurch relating the three requirements for a pageant contestant:

poise, beauty, and absence-of-thought :)

She'll remember this moment for as long as she can!

All this mention of "Hungry Markets" is giving me a woody :)

Hey Sarah Palin... love your hair, hope you win.

I read that with a Silence of the Lambs Dr. Hannibal Lector voice and it was kinda creepy.

I liked it.
