The song is from Jonathan Coulton, a very funny singer-songwriter who has listed all of his songs for free under the Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial license. Please check him out and buy some of his music... all of it is quite good.

I love Jonathan Coulton. I love the song he wrote for Portal a brilliant video game if you're unfamiliar.
